$15 per class or 6 for $80
Description of VINYIN:
The perfect mix of working hard while also getting a deep release/stretch.
In this 60 minute class you will receive the energetic benefits of the vinyasa flow as well as the meditative and relaxation benefits of the second half of the class.
VIN (vinyasa/yang energy) & YIN (restorative/cooling energy) is the perfect combination of working really hard through vinyasa flow sequences, a more active and dynamic start to the class followed by a more relaxing, deep yin stretching to release tight and tense areas of the body, which the postures are held for longer periods of time. Offering meditation to start or end each class.
Highly recommended for all levels.
BIO: Ever since I was younger I always enjoyed sports and being active…hiking, figure skating, snowboarding, and just being out in nature… but I never truly found something that held my attention for long enough, until I stepped on my first yoga mat. That’s when I knew I found something I loved and something that I knew I wanted to share with others. I found yoga when I was 17. I used it as an outlet to let go of what was a pretty stressful time for me. My yoga teaching journey really started when I decided to move to Australia when I was 19. I took my first ever hot yoga training course for a month giving me 200 hours.
A few months later I found myself wanting to learn more… so I decided to do a 10 month course at Byron Yoga Centre in Australia going deeper into yoga and expanding my knowledge. Since then I have over 700 hours of trainings.
I then found a love in traveling, first Bali then Hawaii and then bali again, discovering yoga all around these incredible places, meeting other teachers and gaining experience. I decided to start teaching at various studios in Australia.
I teach a variety of classes including, vinyasa, power, restorative/yin, hot yoga bikram, meditation and more. Sharing what I love and enjoy with others is what makes teaching yoga so amazing.
Being able to help others through their yoga journey is what its all about.
To me, yoga teaches us to mindfully enter our “discomfort zones”, to stay there, to breath, to observe, and through that, we find ourselves opening up to more space and awareness then we had before.
See you on the mat 🙂
