It’s time to stop the downward spiral! The Depression – Leaving the Darkness Behind Program is designed to jumpstart your healing journey from the overwhelming darkness of depression. Rebecca herself has overcome depression and has assisted her clients for the last 10 years through the difficulties of this debilitating mental illness. Whether you have a long-term diagnosis or have recently sunk into depression due to circumstances there is much in this program that will benefit you and your life.
This program includes 2 1-hour Psychotherapy sessions, follow-up emails with Rebecca and a comprehensive handbook.
The handbook includes:
~ mental framework for re-wiring your thoughts and habits one day at a time (and making them stick this time!)
~ nutrition and lifestyle suggestions to support your mental well-being
~ daily journal pages and in-depth journalling assignments (don’t worry this process will help you fall in love with journalling!)
Each psychotherapy session will gently but powerfully address your journey and help you develop tools and tactics that will get you on the road to recovery. When you sign up for the program you set up your first counselling session and the program begins.
